The Jameson Apartments Coming to Kincora

DULLES (October 17, 2018) – TRITEC Real Estate Inc. has begun construction on a $100 million, 333-unit complex at Kincora called The Jameson, joining condos that Lennar is building and the nearly complete Heronview Apartments.

Residents will be able to walk to restaurants, retail and offices as well as the Children’s Science Center and the National Museum of Intelligence and Special Operations.

“Construction on the property has ramped up significantly this year,” said Dan Coughlan, of TRITEC, which has partnered with Norton Scott LLC to develop Kincora. “We’re very enthusiastic some additional announcements we’ll be making in the coming months.”

The residential properties within the development are wrapped on three sides by the 160-acre Kincora Park, which includes a Heron Rookery that is among the largest on the East Coast and a five-mile trail system that completes a link between the W&OD Trail and the Potomac Heritage Trail. Broad Run, a tributary to the Potomac River, traverses the park.

The Jameson will offer a range of amenities, including a rooftop deck, a saltwater pool, a resident lounge, a fitness room, a community/game room, a catering kitchen, storage and a secure parking garage.

The Jameson, Lennar at Kincora and Heronview Apartments represent 615 of the 1,400 homes Kincora has planned. TRITEC anticipates opening a model at the Jameson in early 2020.
